All you have to do is choose multiple exercises — like squats, push-ups, crunches, or burpees — and do them for a set period of time, usually thirty seconds each. After each exercise, move onto the next one with minimal rest. This builds up a great level of intensity, as well as burning calories and increasing endurance.

Intermittent exercises boost endorphins and make you feel better, providing an overall sense of wellbeing.
